Je, soussigné (e), en mon nom propre et au nom des participants sur ce formulaire, nos héritiers, exécuteurs, administrateurs, successeurs et cessionnaires ayant droit, par les présentes, dégage et libère de toute responsabilité, tiens indemne et à couvert La Printanière, Le club de triathlon Les RAPIDES, la Ville de Montréal ainsi que tous les clubs, associations, jurys, sociétés, commanditaires, donateurs, participants, concurrents, coureurs et leurs agents respectifs, officiels, préposés et représentants, en cas de poursuite judiciaire, de réclamations, de frais, dépenses et exigences suivant mon décès, des blessures, des pertes ou dommages causés à ma personne ou à ma propriété en conséquence de l'autorisation qui m'est donnée d'assister ou de prendre part de quelque façon que ce soit, à cet événement, à titre de participant(e) inscrit(e), concurrent(e), spectateur(trice), ou autre, et nonobstant que l'incident puisse avoir été causé suivant l'intervention ou la négligence de l'une des personnes susmentionnées, officiels, agents, préposés ou représentants. En présentant ma formule d'inscription, je reconnais avoir lu et accepté la renonciation et le désistement indemnitaires ci-dessus. Le Comité Organisateur se réserve le droit d'utiliser les photographies vidéo ou tout autre enregistrement pris durant l'événement pour quelque motif légitime.

By submitting this entry, I confirm being 18 years old or mare and being permitted to proceed with the registration of the participants on this form. In consideration of my being permitted to register the above participants as an entrant or competitor in this event, I, myself and the above participants, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby, release and forever discharge, waive and save harmless, protect and keep indemnified, the La Printanière, the triathlon club Les RAPIDES, the City of Montreal and any and all clubs, associations, sanctioning bodies, sponsoring corporations, sponsors, participants, competitors, entrants and all other respective agents, officials, servants and representatives from and against any and all kinds of actions, claims, costs and expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property howsoever caused out of my being permitted to attend at or in any way take part prior to, during or subsequent to this event, whether as an entrant, competitor, participant, spectator or otherwise and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid, their agents, officials, servants or representatives. By submitting this entry, I acknowledge having read and agreed to the above Waiver, Release and Indemnification. The Organization Committee reserves the right to use the athlete’s photographs, video tapes, recordings taken during the event, for any legitimate purpose. I understand and accept the conditions outlined above.
