Pour inscrire une famille à La Grande Randonnée par le systèm EventsOnline.ca veuillez suivre les indications suivantes:

  1. Entrez l'information de votre famille dans les cases appropriées et sélectionnez le bouton "soumettre".
  2. Les cartes Mastercard et Visa sont acceptées. Votre transaction sera enregistrée en dollars canadiens.
  3. Vous recevrez une confirmation d'inscription par courrier électronique et votre nom sera affiché sur la page de confirmation. La transaction prend environ 16 secondes.

To enter a family in The Great Ramble using EventsOnline.ca please follow these steps:

  1. Type your family information into the form below and click on the submit button.
  2. Use your Visa or Mastercard credit card to pay for your entry. The transaction will be processed securely in Canadian dollars.
  3. Once you have successfully paid for your entry your information will automatically be added to the event database and the the Eventsonline.ca confirmation page for the event will be updated. Depending on your Internet connection, this process may take about 16 seconds. During this time do not click your Browser's back button or stop button.

J’accepte entièrement la responsabilité pour tous les risques et les possibilités de blessure, de décès, de dommages, de pertes ou de vols de biens personnels ou ceux de toute autre personne à la suite de ma participation à cet événement. Je renonce à toutes poursuites et toutes revendications contre et je dégage de toutes responsabilités les organisateurs de La Grande Randonnée, les bénévoles, les différents propriétaires de terrains ainsi que tous les partenaires, commanditaires et organismes reliés de près ou de loin à l'organisation de l’événement et ses activités.

Je consens le droit à La Grande Randonnée Prescott-Russell d’utiliser mon image et / ou ma voix sous forme photograhique, digitale, vidéo, auditive ou électronique dans ses publications imprimées, affiches, télévision, radio, site Internet ou tout autre média or moyen de diffusion, sans restriction. Je conviens de ne demander aucune compensation pour appropriation de personnalité, atteinte à la vie privée, perte ou autres dommages aux organisateurs de La Grande Randonnée, en regard de l’utilisation et de la diffusion de mon image.

Les dispositions de ce formulaire s’appliquent également à mon ou mes enfants mineurs qui participent à La Grande Randonnée Prescott-Russell.

Please accept my entry for the Great Ramble in Prescott-Russell. I acknowledge and understand that participation in this event involves risks to my health and safety, including death, and I willingly accept these risks. I agree to waive all claims of every nature against The Great Ramble in Prescott-Russell organizers and any and all other participating individuals, volunteers, partners, sponsors or agencies in respect to any and all personal loss, damage, theft or bodily injury, including death, resulting from my participation in this event.

I agree to permit the Great Ramble in Prescott-Russell to use my image and / or my voice in photograph, digital, video, audio or electronic form, and in publications, posters, television, website or any other media or method of dissemination, without limitation. I further agree not to make any claim for misappropriation of personality, breach of privacy, or other loss or damages against The Great Ramble in Prescott-Russell in respect of the use and dissemination of my image.

The dispositions included in this waiver form also apply to my minor children participating in The Great Ramble in Prescott-Russell.
